I am a Cum Laude graduate from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems. My focus is hands-on technical support, hardware diagnostics, and system configuration across Windows and Linux environments.

I have practical experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops, managing peripherals, performing operating system installations, and resolving system-level issues. I value structured processes, clear documentation, and working in environments where reliability, accountability, and security matter.

I am actively pursuing opportunities in defense and national security technology and am eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance. Over time, I aim to continue developing my cybersecurity skill set, particularly in areas related to secure system configuration, access control, and operational security that support mission-critical systems.
